Virtual Case Manager System RFP

ResCare Workforce Services (RWS) is seeking to identify virtual support to our case management system that will interact independently from human case managers and communicate with our clients virtually for RWS operations located in the state of Georgia. This communication must be interactive and recorded/stored so that it may be uploaded into the state of Georgia's GeoSol system. The goal with this product will be to:
Provide a proven text and email-based WIOA platform where participants need not go into career centers as much as was typical prior to COVID-19
Reduce the amount of staff time required for follow up with clients in attempts to gather status updates and required documents
Document goals achieved
Help case managers prioritize their work by automatically categorizing participants' communications
Provide reminders of case management activities (workshops), and potential opportunities for training and job attainment.
