Virginia Tech International Conference Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through
competitive negotiations for international conference services (sponsor-provided aircraft travel, ground transportation,
lodging, catering, venue, meeting space, audio-visual and sound support, on-site simultaneous translation, printing and
social) in the Republic of Turkey for the Center for Technology, Security and Policy, by Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
