Village Center design and use planning
The Town invites qualified planners, architects, landscape architects, engineers and/or related consultants to submit a proposal for development of village center design and use plans and accompanying new zoning, including form-based zoning, for the North Amherst and Atkins Corner village centers in Amherst, Massachusetts. The design/use village center plans shall be of a level of completeness and detail suitable for adoption by the Amherst Planning Board as part of the Amherst Master Plan, and accompanying standard and form-based zoning amendments shall be of a level of completeness and detail suitable for adoption by Amherst Town Meeting.
