Villa Hispana, Phase 2 Renovations
The Fair has received funding to improve facilities and infrastructure at the New Mexico State Fair. The scope of work for the Villa Hispana Stage and Dressing Rooms will include but not necessarily be limited to full basic architectural/engineering services. Full Basic Services will Include: Programming (site investigation and prioritization scheduling), Schematic Design (preliminary alternative materials and systems recommendations, including life cycle maintenance briefing and feasibility of utilizing alternative energy sources), Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration, Project Closeout and 11 Month Warranty Inspection. Construction administration will include a minimum of semi-weekly project site meetings and inspection. Project closeout services will include one design process analysis meeting to assess implementation of sustainable design and construction requirements into the project and review any lessons learned from the overall effort.
