Video Surveillance System (VSS) Installation in Richmond, VA
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to prospective vendors for the purpose of awarding a firm fixed price Purchase Order for the purchase and installation of a new replacement Video Surveillance System (VSS) for the Federal Office Building located in Richmond, VA. FPS will conduct this acquisition using Part 12 and 13 under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
As stated within the RFQ Provisions, the pre-quote Site Visit is scheduled for 9:00 am EST, Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at the place of contract performance listed below. Site Visit attendance confirmation must be submitted by 11:00 am EST, Thursday, May 16, 2019 with the name, title, and contact information of all attendees.
There will only be one (1) pre-quote site visit. No additional site visits will be held following the initial visit.
All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted, via email, to the Contract Specialist no later than 11:00 am EST, Friday, May 24, 2019.
The RFQ due date (closing) is 2:00 pm EST, Friday, June 7, 2019.
