Video Production for Government Access Channel
The government access channel provides video of the bi-monthly Board of Commission meetings, special events, interviews and other programming as needed. The offeror using self-owned equipment will include the following but not be limited to recording; rendering of audio and ceiling-mounted cameras for BOC meetings, graphic/text additions, editing, conversion to MPEG2 and uploading complete finished product to FTP site or put on a portable drive; a DVD archive copy and a wmv file.
