to enter into a contract with a qualified organization to design and record two versions of the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Program Orientation Video used to educate and inform potential applicants about the VR process and requirements. This will include the writing of scripts, hiring of a professional actor/actress, filming, editing, and ensuring accessibility through closed captioning or other formats, and a translated version in Spanish.
