Video PRoduction
Universitys Institute seeks proposals from qualified vendors to
produce one promotional video as part of the 25th Forum. This project will
be coordinated through IEI.
This project consists of development and production work for a single video to be shown at the 2010 Forum and to be used for fundraising purposes. The video is targeted for two
constituencies: (1) participants of the Forum on February 8-9, 2010 and (2)
prospective donors. The selected production company will work
with the Assistant Communications Manager for IEI (who will provide oversight of the project) to
develop, write, and produce this video. The final product will be considered a work for hire and all
rights will be transferred to IEI upon completion. This includes the right to duplicate, distribute, edit,
and broadcast.
