Video/Virtual Learning Environment
The University seeks design/build services in accordance with the specifications contained in the RFP. In particular, the services requested herein and to be provided under any agreement(s) awarded as a result of the RFP are for the design/ build of a virtual learning environment allowing professors to offer courses in both asynchronous and synchronous formats to students around the world.
