The Ada County Housing Authority invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Victory Street Duplexes HVAC Improvements, Boise, Idaho 83705. The work consists of: removal of existing baseboard electric heaters and packaged terminal air conditioning (PTAC) unit(s) and installation of centralized HVAC system(s) to include electric furnace, outdoor condenser, and distribution ductwork as described in the drawings and specifications prepared by CSHQA.
