Victoria Theatre Association Website Redesign
1. VICTORIA THEATRE ASSOCIATION
Victoria Theatre Association is one of Dayton's premier not-for-profit arts organizations. We present more
than 300 performances for all ages each year, own and operate three vital arts facilities (Benjamin & Marian
Schuster Performing Arts Center, Victoria Theatre, and the Metropolitan Arts Center, home of The Loft
Theatre) for the benefit of the community and the arts organizations that use them, and further serve the
community with a thriving restaurant (Citilites at the Schuster Center) and catering business in the heart of
downtown Dayton.
In addition to the Premier Health Broadway Series, Victoria Theatre Association also presents the Morris
Family Series, the Cool Films Series, Projects Unlimited Star Attractions, National Geographic Live Series,
and The Frank M. Tait Foundation Discovery Series, which features curriculum-enhanced live theatre
productions for school children.
2. WEBSITES
Victoria Theatre Association currently operates three (3) websites: www.VictoriaTheatre.com,
www.SchusterCenter.org, and www.TicketCenterStage.com. This RFP is for the redesign of
www.VictoriaTheatre.com (Victoria Theatre Association's primary site) only. We would like to fold
www.SchusterCenter.org into www.VictoriaTheatre.com, keeping the Schuster Center URL active and
redirecting it to a specific Schuster Center section on www.VictoriaTheatre.com.
The main reason people visit www.VictoriaTheatre.com is to find performance information and ticket
information. We would also like them to learn more about Citilites and Event Services (renting the buildings
for private events), Education & Engagement initiatives, and our not-for-profit status.
3. WEBSITE AUDIT AND EVALUATION
We need a thorough review of www.VictoriaTheatre.com to determine what's missing and what could be
improved, both in content and design. We also need to determine the best way to combine
www.SchusterCenter.org with www.VictoriaTheatre.com.
