Victim Compensation Claim (VCC) System Application, Implementation and Training
The purpose of this RFP is to select a single vendor that can satisfy the Agency's need for a new Victim
Compensation Claim (VCC) system application, and the implementation and training of that
application. This system will be used to manage all victim compensation monitoring
tracking and payment of claims to victims and service providers working with victims of crime.
It is the intent of the Institute to contract with a vendor that
provides a single victim compensation claim system application, implementation, and training
for victim compensation staff.
