Victim's Memorial Design Competition
The County is sponsoring a competition for the design of a new Crime Victims’ Memorial to be installed at a beautiful site within the Regional Park. The goal of this competition is to identify an outstanding artistic complement to the landscape of the park, to create an iconic gathering space that will provide visitors with a space for contemplation, remembrance, and healing. The winning design will be inherently egalitarian and human-scale, expressing the cross-cultural and inter-generational impact of crime on members of our community.
