Vial Boxes and Inserts
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratory Located in Ames, IA, intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract for the boxes. This is a small Business set a side with a NAICS code of 322211with a size standard of 1250 employees.
A single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with 5 one year ordering periods will be awarded to establish firm-fixed pricing for shipping boxes used within the lab. The anticipated maximum value over 5 years is not-to-exceed $140,000.00.

Anyone interested in responding to this requirement must be able to provide compelling evidence that they can provide equivalent consumables in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Responses must be submitted electronically, via email, to sarah.c.schauf@aphis.usda.gov and sample boxes must be submitted to USDA APHIS, 1920 Dayton Ave., Ames, IA 50010 Attn: Sarah Schauf Boxes. If no samples are received your bid will be discarded. The deadline for the submittal of responses is December 29, 2017, 12:00 noon central time.
