Veterinary Lab Information Management System COTS
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the acquisition of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software to implement a Veterinary Lab Information Management System (LIMS) for the North Carolina Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory System. The Vendors proposal shall include application design, data conversion, customization, implementation, systems/integration, testing, user acceptance test support, training and knowledge transfer.
