This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-17-U-0083 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and DFARS change notice 20161222. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 238330 and the size standard is $15 M. The attached RFQ and SOW include a detailed description of the requirement.
