Redevelopment of the existing facility in order to meet the needs of current and future veterans, as well as seniors and community needs, may take one of several forms as determined through the identified scope of work. Options for the project range from a simple renovation and expansion of the existing building to complete demolition and construction of a new facility. Cost and input from stakeholder groups will be the deciding factor.
