The Department of Veteran Affairs Alexandria VAMC has a requirement for building maintenance, janitorial, and lawn & landscaping services at their Fort Polk community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) located at Leeville LA. This requirement will be 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside (SDVOSB). Vendors are required to be certified SDVOSB in www.vetbiz.gov prior to solicitation closing date and time. The services will be for a base period of performance of twelve months and two optional twelve month periods of performance. The base performance period will begin on or about October 1, 2016.
The Request for Quote (RFQ) (VA256-16-Q-0859) will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website. It is the vendors responsibility to check site for RFQ posting. Closing date and time will be published with the RFQ at that time.
A onetime site visit date and time will be posted on the RFQ. It is the vendors responsibility to attend or not attend the site visit.
