Vertical Infrastructure Construction Oversight
The purpose of this contract is to provide Vertical Infrastructure Construction Oversight (VICO) services that encompass Construction Project Management and Inspection Services (CPMIS) and Post CPMIS in support of USAID/Liberia infrastructure projects specified in Section C, VICO SERVICES. Construction Project Management and Inspection Services are professional service that uses specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, inspection and construction of a project.
