Contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other services necessary to perform scheduled Vent Hoods and Duct Cleaning Services at Goodfellow AFB, TX in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The acquisition is full and open competition. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561790 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted on or about 22 June 2018. The anticipated award date is on or about 13 July 2018. Performance period will be one base year and four one year option periods. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contracting specialist A1C Joseph Montgomery at 325-654-4419 or joseph.montgomery.11@us.af.mil. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date.
The solicitation is hereby posted. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 2 July 2018 at 2:00 pm Central. Closing date will be 10 July 2018 at 1:00 PM Central Time. All questions must be submitted in writing by 3 July 18 at 9:00 AM Central Time.
