Vehicles Purchase
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mali will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available.
The contractor shall deliver vehicles that are built and homologated for export to Mali.
Warranty shall be honored through a dealer located in Bamako, Mali with original equipment manufacturer parts for the vehicles available locally.
The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order/contract is to provide vehicles.
The anticipated performance period is not later than 4(four) months after date of contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
Multiple awards are anticipated.
Advance payments are not authorized. Payments will be made after delivery to the American Embassy Bamako, Mali.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
