This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Alabama Army National Guard is seeking entities capable of providing services for truck modifications for 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. The Government potential sources must be within the state of Alabama. The services will include different modifications for 22 each trucks, all 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 (see attachment). The Government will transport vehicles to and from the selected source that will be providing the service within the state of Alabama. All modifications must be able to be taken off the vehicle for future turn in purposes no permit installations are allowed. Service completion date has to be NLT November 05, 2019.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333318 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offers may submit bids. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

The following is the list of items and descriptions requested under this RFQ:

• 15 each - Truck hard shell camper top (color: white, glass see through and glass rear, side flip up doors)
• 1 each - Truck hard shell camper top (color: white, glass see through and glass rear, side flip up doors with external ladder rack
• 22 each - 1000 Watt inverters
• 17 each - Emergency LED light bar (LED multicolor and programmable) must be bolted on (not drilled) anyplace
• 8 each - 12-volt battery
• 17 each - Headlight flasher (LED multicolor and programmable) color: only red and yellow (no blue)
• 17 each - Tailgate Emergency light flasher (LED multicolor and programmable)
• 17 each - Multi outlet power adapter
• 22 each - Window tint (legal tent with ceramic)
• 1 each - Bed mounted gasoline fuel transfer tank
• 1 each - Lift gate
• 12 each - Laptop docking stations with pedestal mount (installed in back seat)

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
A. Work performed under this PWS is UNCLASSIFIED. The Contractor during the performance under this contract shall comply with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD) security regulations and procedures. The Contractor shall coordinate with the COR all issues dealing with access to Government buildings, facilities, or property.



B. The Contractor will ensure that personnel have proper identification for entry or access to location.

Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. Offers will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offers (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)).
