It is the intent of this Invitation For Bid to solicit and obtain competitive bids as a basis for establishing a contract under which the State of Arkansas and Cooperative Purchasing Program Participants may purchase cars, vans, light trucks, one (1) ton trucks and hybrid vehicles.
