This specification describes an all electric powered two (2) passenger neighborhood electric
vehicle or LSV (low speed vehicle)) similar to a t3motion CT Series Micro Car, Zenn Hatchback
or approved equal. The unit described will be operated on the public streets. The unit including all necessary equipment shall be
furnished and delivered new, complete and ready for use. All parts not specifically mentioned
but which are necessary for the complete unit shall be supplied and installed by the vendor even
though such work or material are not specifically outlined and shall conform in strength, quality
of material and workmanship to the best practice known to the industry.
