Vendors will inspect and monitor production of all vehicle orders at multiple manufacturing facilities. In addition they will report and help rectify any specification compliance issues that may arise in the vehicle manufacturing process or during the vehicle warranty period. When vehicles are in production, the Department requires weekly reports from the vendor that monitors the status of purchased vehicle production at each manufacturing facility.
As a special technical assistance requirement, the Vendor will assist the Agency with in-plant vehicle inspections as well as collecting, and reporting on the States hybrid paratransit vehicle performance associated with its 2010 TIGGER Grant.
