Vehicle Immobilization Device Services

The prospective Vendor will provide immobilization devices to the City in a manner acceptable to all of the City stakeholders. The devices will prevent a vehicle from moving until it is released. Parking Enforcement will have PEOs patrol City streets with License Plate Recognition (LPR) readers in order to identify those who have been deemed to be Scofflaws. After the Scofflaw has been identified, the PEOs will apply the immobilization device and a notice on the vehicle.
