The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Vault Toilet Tank Pumping for Black Mesa Ranger District. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Blank Purchase Agreement under Simplified Acquisition Methods, FAR Part 13.3, Request For Quotation (RFQ) format.
The government anticipates awarding a Base Year with the right to exercise two option years.
Basis for award will be best value using the evaluation factors in Section M.
This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 562991 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $7.0 Million.
