Vault Toilet Pumping and Waste Disposal for the BLM Moab Field Office in Utah.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Moab Field Office, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the following services:
Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to water and pump 124 vault toils at 66 recreation sites on a call as needed basis.
Work Location
Work under this Contract is located in Grand and San Juan Counties in Utah. A Location Map and the GPS locations are attached.
No official site tour is planned. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project locations and/or familiarize themselves with the project areas before preparing and submitting quotes.
This project will be 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 562119 with a size standard of $38.5 million. The period of performance for this work will be approximately 2/21/2017 to 2/20/2018.

Vendors must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site.
