Vascular Stent Graft Supplies
Brooke Army Medical Center has a requirement for specialized endovascular grafts, Endologix brand name or equal. These grafts are necessary for the successful repair of ruptured and/or soon to rupture aortic aneurysms.
The services are for a base period of 1 April 2017 - 30 September 2017. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113, "Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing
The Small Business Administration's size standard is 750 employees.
The solicitation number is W81K00-17-T-0172. The solicitation will be available on 25 March 2017 at the FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 30 March 2017. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will
not be honored.
