Various kinds of gravel for Ohio Western Reserve Reserve National Cemetery
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting quotations under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 36C786-19-Q-0487 to supply and deliver various kinds of gravel to Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses (SB s). The NAICS Code is 484220; Size Standard is $27.5 million. Offers received from concerns that are not SB s shall not be considered.
The Government will award a Blanket Purchase Agreement using the best value tradeoff approach resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government regarding price. In addition, the Government intends to award without discussions. Therefore, the offeror s initial proposal should contain optimal terms from a price and technical standpoint. Units shall be in accordance with the Price Schedule and terms and conditions contained in the solicitation.

Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on September 23, 2019. The question and answering period commences on September 13, 2019 and concludes on September 18, 2019 by 4:00 p.m EST.
