INVITATION FOR BIDS:
The Board of Education of Baltimore County invites Suppliers to bid on VARIOUS TYPES OF
SOD, for Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS), Solicitation Number JMI-611-11.
Procurement questions can be emailed to Jeffery J. Miller at [email protected] . You must
identify the bid number, within your email message. Verbal questions will not be taken.
Suppliers proposing to bid may secure a set of solicitation documents after 2:00 P.M. (EST), on or
after September 2, 2010. Solicitation documents can be obtained electronically by emailing
request to: [email protected] . Email requests MUST include bidders' corporate address, phone
number, fax number, and representatives contact name. Additionally, hard copy documents are
available for pickup at the Office of Purchasing, 1940 Greenspring Drive, Suite G, Timonium, MD,
21093. There is no cost for the solicitation.
A pre-bid meeting is not scheduled for this solicitation.
Sealed bids will be received until September 30, 2010, no later than 2:30 P.M. in the Office of
Purchasing, located at 1940 Greenspring Drive, Suite G, Timonium, MD 21093. A public bid
opening will be held approximately 10 minutes after the due date and time for this solicitation.
