Work includes of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary for interior and exterior improvements at six (6) various San Francisco Head Start locations: OMI, Cadillac Hotel, Ella Hill Hutch, Westside and Sunnydale and Malcolm X. Project work scope and specifications were prepared by Asian Neighborhood Design located at 1021 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, Tel. #: (415) 575-024. Prospective bidders must possess a valid California Class B license. Contract duration is thirty (30) calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,000.00 for each calendar days completion is delayed beyond the time prescribed for each specific project. Project Duration is thirty (30) calendar days.
