Various Residential Construction Services
The City Human Services and Neighborhood Services Departments is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for various residential construction services and an appliance repair or replacement component that will assist eligible families and individuals who own homes within the boundaries of the City of Phoenix. Construction services are: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, and General Repairs. It is the Citys intent to award three contracts per service and rotate the work assignments as needed.
