Various Printed Court Forms
DESCRIPTION
The contractor shall typeset, print, and deliver to the County on an "as needed" basis, the various forms specified herein. All forms must be typeset, "shooting from copy" will not be allowed. The contractor will typeset the form(s), as requested, within 3 business days from date of order placement. A proof will be required for all forms. Forms will be completed and delivered no more than ten (10) days after receipt of approved proof. The contractor will invoice Harris County for the items delivered. There are no maximum or minimum order quantities.
