Renovations and repairs to existing buildings must comply with standards for The Joint Commission, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Public Health, and various state and local regulatory agencies. If the selected designer is appointed for final design, the General Scope of Work will be defined by the certifiable building study and "Designer Procedures Manual."
