The Albany VA Medical Center located at 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208 has a requirement for preventive maintenance/service and on-call emergency support for a Varian Clinac iX High Energy Linear Accelerator. This coverage shall include full support for the Multi-Leaf Collimator (MLC), the Varian Portal Vision, and all other components of the system.
The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is $250,000 to $500,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by theAlbany VA Medical Centers. This is not a solicitation.
