Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). Buyer intends to award IAW existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS). Sole source per FAR 6.302.
