The required production lead-time is 320 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of the contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months.
Requirement is Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. . Surge and Sustainment is required. Higher Level Quality is required. Item is export control, Vendors must be JCP certified.
The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
