Value engineering consultant VEC services for Souheastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority
The VEC value engineering consultant scope of work includes, but is not limited to: provide engineering services, cost estimating/cost confidence reviews, and constructability analyses. The contract will be awarded to one consulting firm for up to a 3 year period to provide engineering services for wide ranging of projects under a single, as needed, task-ordered contract.
