Value Added Model and a Student-Teacher Linkage System
The State is soliciting competitive sealed Request for Proposals, Proposal 13-12-0003 for a value-added model to measure student growth and a student-teacher linkage system for the period of January 23, 2013 to July 15, 2014. Project activities will include, but are not limited to, providing value-added calculations at the classroom and school level, a user-friendly format for verification of teacher to student linkages, and a listing of preferred assessments that can be used to calculate value-added for traditionally non-tested grades and subjects.
