Valuation and Disposition Services
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, (HUD), Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Single Family seeks expert analytical and related transactional support services to assist the FHA in improving its property disposition capabilities. Through the use of provided models and procedures, FHA seeks a solution that can incorporate national property listing data into HUD's current performance framework of case-level transactions for the improved realized return from property disposition strategies and processes. The purpose for the Valuation and Disposition Services for Single Family Assets is to ensure that the financial risk to the FHA Mutual Mortgage Insurance Fund (MMIF) is mitigated by targeting assets for the best possible disposition strategies and eliminating inefficiencies within the disposition procedures currently available.
