NOTICE OF BID Valley of the Sun School & Habilitation Center Remodeling5 Residential Group Homes Glendale, Arizona NOTICE TO BIDDERS Davis-Bacon wages Apply NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received until Friday May 1, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Valley of the Sun School & Habilitation Center from general contractors for the remodeling of five group homes, in Glendale, Arizona. For project information call Juanita Shaver at (602) 371-0806 ext. 105. Contractors desiring to submit proposals may obtain sets of special specifications and a Bid Proposal from Valley of the Sun School & Habilitation Center, 1142 W. Hatcher Rd., Phoenix, Arizona 85021. The successful bidders must provide proof of a performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price and be able to obtain all required permits and inspections. Attention is called to the provisions for Equal Employment opportunity, and the payment of not less than the prevailing David-Bacon Wage determinations set forth in the Project Manual and applicable to this project. Valley of the Sun School reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any information in the bidding.
