Valet Parking Services

The Successful Bidder is required to provide professional valet parking management services for patients, visitors and volunteers of The Center in Houston, Texas.
The Center served more than 96,000 individual patients in FY2009, more than one-third of them new patients. There were 1,055,092 outpatient treatments, procedures and visits in FY2009, and 23,277 inpatient admissions for 174,740 days of hospital care. Over the past six (6) years, total patients served have increased by 60% and total new patients served have increased by 50%. A volunteer staff of approximately 1,395 give time on a regular basis.
The five (5) valet stations park a combined total of approximately 1,100 vehicles a day. The bulk of the vehicles parked come from the Clinic and the Clinic Building totaling approximately 900 vehicles (or 82% of the total) per day.
