Vacuum Chamber & Accessories for PLD and Maple System
We are developing a pulsed laser based deposition system, at Nanotechnology Center UALR, to grow thin films of oxides, polymers and organic materials. For this purpose we are looking for a vendor who can supply two vacuum chambers along with the accessories, one for pulsed laser deposition (PLD) and the other for matrix assisted pulsed laser evaporation (MAPLE).
