This Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting proposals to develop the vacant land for residential development. The site, totaling approximately 5,488 square feet of vacant land is intended for sale by the City pursuant to the RFP.
The City acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Department of Neighborhood Development, Real Estate Management and Sales Division, sells tax foreclosed or surplus municipal property to buyers who agree to invest in the rehabilitation of the property. Residential, commercial and institutional buildings and land are included in this program.
