Vacant Building Registration and Inspection Program
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified property management, architectural, engineering, and/or inspection-oriented firms to identify vacant residential buildings within the City to locate and compel owners to register the buildings, to arrange for and conduct annual and follow-up inspections of buildings, to ensure buildings meet applicable codes, and to assist with the collection of registration and inspection fees.
