This project is solicited under the HUBZone Design-Build (DB) / Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for New Construction, Renovation, Alteration, and Repairs for General Construction Projects in the Hampton Roads Integrated Product Team (IPT) Area of Responsibility (AOR), but primarily for Facilities within the Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, Virginia, and Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Hampton Roads Area, Virginia Area of Responsibility. ONLY HUBZone MACC Contractors Listed on the General Requirements Cover Page may propose. The description of work is identified in the General Requirements Attachment.
