It is not a commercial item. Configuration Control applies. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3C. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, Northrop Grumman Corporation, CAGE 76823 and Custom Fabricated Products,LLC, CAGE 1UBL5, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements.
