VSS Upgrade/Installation
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Program Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase, delivery, and installation to upgrade the existing VSS system at the Romano L. Mazzoli Federal Building located at, 600 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Pl., Louisville, KY 40202. Building Number KY0086.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70RFP119PE4000003. This RFP is a total small business set aside.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5 M. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard.
In order to view the solicitation files, contractors must request explicit access through Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. By requesting explicit access, contractors are consenting to the terms in DHS Form 11000-6 (08-04), "Non-Disclosure Agreement", attached hereto. Request for Proposals (RFP): Offers in response to this Solicitation are to be submitted to Contract Specialist (CS), Kim Cardinali, at kim.m.cardinali@ice.dhs.gov and should be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the Solicitation Provisions.
All contractors interested in providing a quotation for this project are invited to attend a walk-through of the facility at the address listed above. The walk-through will take place on May 16, 2019 at 1:00 PM EST. Vendors interested in attending the walk-through shall email the Contract Specialist at kim.m.cardinali@ice.dhs.gov. Questions should be submitted to kim.m.cardinali@ice.dhs.gov no later than 1:00 pm EST, May 21, 2019.
