VSS Enhancement at Prevedel Building
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for the enhancement of the Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Charles F. Prevedel Federal Building located at 9700 Page Avenue, in Overland, MO.
A highly encouraged site visit is will held on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 10:00am local time. Please contact Adam Reynoso no later than 3:00pm CST, Wednesday, June 26, 2019 for site visit information.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, supervision, material, and tools required to perform the Video Surveillance System (VSS) Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. This solicitation and award will be in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures established in FAR Part 12 and 13.
This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)purchase order. All work will be performed during normal business hours (0800 - 1630) Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2015-5015 Rev. 07, Occupation Code 23160 - Electrician, Maintenance - is hereby incorporated into any resultant purchase order.
